I have 4" text with a 3/4" box around it and the text comes up the right colors to cut. However the box comes up clear and it has like dashes instead of a solid 2 lines and I can not make it blue to cut with the other blue . Can you tell me what I am doing worng and how to fix? I have windows xp, corel 10, CoCut 12 Professional, Dongle-# 210804. And I think I have all the updates.
