I am thinking about buying CoCut but was wondering how the support is. 
There seems to be many unanswered questions on this forum which makes me nervous.

CoCut kept locking up my PC whilst calculating the offset for my Refine plotter. The help desk thanked me for my bug report and told me (12 September 2006) the fix would be in the next service release. Ive looked every day in the updates section since, and no fix or program change has been made since 1st June 2006. 
 
I ended up buying a new plotter, which isnt supported - the helpdesk gave me a workaround on 27th October. In the meantime EuroSystems offer this plotter (Graphtec CE5000) bundled with CoCut, I contacted helpdesk on 21st December about the updated driver and didnt get a reply. Its also not in the download-area.
