I get the unable to open port error everytime I try to cut. Any ideas?

I get the same thing! I keep hitting cut, output, then ok and over and over until it finally goes. Driver problems. Im using Windows 2000 (heard xp doesnt work well with it), Co Cut Pro and a Summa T750..????

I am getting the same error 
brand new plotter summa pro t1010, tech support told me to download the new usb driver v2 but that didnt work. I know the usb is working because the summa plotter control software is working and able to change the plotter setting via the computer. I will be talking with tech support tomarow
