Betreff: Cocut Pro 12 vertical segmenting glitch? | Name: Tim (timd1971@hotmail.com) | 02.07.2004 04:01:31

Seems the add VERTICAL segments is not the same as in Cocut Pro v9? Used to be able to put a VERTICAL segment anywhere (very useful for running long plots). CCPv12 only lets me add a VERTICAL segment line arond 60"-63" or so? nothing before...and maybe about 20" after???

Is this a bug?

PS... I also noticed that if you dont place a segment line DIRECTLY on a graphic element (i.e. place a vertical segment line in a empty space seperating text characters), it will not segment properly the horizontal distance...seems to truncate the space after...then start the next vector character directly after...resulting in mismatched segments... everything will seem offsetted horizonatlly where a vert. segement was placed in a space where a graphic did not occupy.

I noticed in v12 that the "Length" value has something to do with this...smaller overall length ..shorter the segment can be..and vice versa. I guess there is a defualt numebr in the v9 .ini file?

this seems to solve the first problem.

the second problem seems to be corrected in v12....v9 may not have been updated.
