any possible way of how to fix this error? all i can figure out is that is a command error. when it stops it just keeps on rolling on the vinyl, but if i cut up to 1.5 meters above it stops but with the error HP-GL/2 cmd error. all i know is it says ultrasignpal ggg not sure about the model number
