Ive just purhased cocut pro, a summa T750, and Im using corel 7 on a compac presario 4850. Ive followed all directions for instalation and matching my port conf. When i go to cut nothing happens. If i switch to com port 2 my system locks up. need your help. also is there any cocut training videos or cds that i may puchase?

Hello Angelo, Which OS are you using? If all communication parameters in the Windows system control are matching the settings of your plotter, try to disbale the FIFO-Buffers in the advanced settings of the COM port, you are using.
