Does CoCut support the Graphtec CE2000-120?

Middle of system upgrade produced odd situation. Old system Win98, coreldraw 9.0, cocut 11, graphtec 4100-75, worked like a champ New system WinXP, coreldraw 9.0, cocut 11, graphtec 4100-75; changes required new driver from graphtec for XP. Cocut loaded fine, plugged into 9.0 plotter came up and software indictes it is there. Graphic-cocut no issues, plotter up and operational no issues, CoCut indicates graphic is sent and has competed properly almost immediately, HOWEVER plotter doesnt see it and doesnt print out. VTVOM attached to cable shows no electric flow, that is no transmission. This really looks like some kind of driver problem. Any suggestions?
