We have just upgraded our computers to windows 2000 pro and I have installed the service patch for cocut 9, everything seems to work on the computer but when I send the job to the cutter ( Graphtec FC2100-50 ) I recieve on the cutter screen (Error 1 Instruction not Recognized) is there a simple solution to the problem. Thank you.

Hello Jeremie, did you remember to set the protocol for the COM port to "Hardware" (must be set in the system control)? If yes, try to disable the usage of the Fifo-Buffers (Advanced settings for the COM port). Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
